Designed to meet the growing needs of the Spring Hill School District, this 164,000 square foot High School is located off George Richey Road in Longview, Texas. The main student plaza provides a streamlined and open corridor for gathering and flow; while linking all the separate classroom wings on one side and the support spaces such as the administration offices, library, and cafeteria on the opposite side of the corridor. The facility encompasses the vision of the district in use for a strong focus on the academic wings to contain classrooms and instructional labs, collaboration zones, lecture halls; as well as athletics with a gymnasium that can seat 1,400, dressing rooms, weight rooms; while also providing fine arts, choir, band hall, performance arts with a 200-seat theater.
